RNCM Brass Band Festival 2023 - Cory Band
Sunday afternoon's concert during the weekend of the 2023 RNCM Brass Band Festival was played by Cory Band, conducted by Philip Harper. It included two world premieres, by Wilfred Heaton and Kelly-Marie Murphy; the latter is a tribute to Bramwell Tovey. Saints Triumphant is heard with the composer at the organ, and this was indeed the first time it has been performed with the addition of the organ! The concert is introduced by Simone Rebello and was filmed in the RNCM Concert Hall on Sunday 29 January 2023.
